You will receive an Enrichment activity sheet when you start with us. Enrichment is very important to us and valuable to you.
Any suitable extra curricular activity (apart from paid work) can be counted as ‘enrichment’. You can enhance your CV and personal statement by the enrichment that you choose as well as the amount of different activities you participate in.
Most students complete Enrichment during a study period or after school.
You can organise your own enrichment (e.g. Volunteering; work placement)
You can volunteer and support lessons in the Academy 1 or more hours a week during a study period or do some mentoring with our younger students such as Reading with them or buddying and supporting them in other aspects of their lives.
Enrichment is the opportunity to do something ‘extra’ to your studies.
